How do I remove trial limitations
Go to the "Settings" page. After tapping Upgrade Software, you will see an introduction to the differences between the trial and upgraded versions. Tap "Upgrade Software for XX" below to purchase the upgraded version. After a successful purchase, "Purchased" will be displayed.
Does the software require login
No login is required within the app. If the app has iCloud sync, you need to sign in to your iCloud account on iOS or Mac. If you use multiple devices, make sure different devices are signed in to the same iCloud account so data can be synced across devices.
Do I need to purchase the upgraded version for each device
No. As long as you are signed in to the same account in the App Store, you can buy it on one device and then tap "Restore Purchases" on the "Purchase" page on other devices to use the upgraded version on multiple devices.
How do I switch the interface language
On iOS, go to System Settings > App > Journey GPS Tracker > Preferred Language. On macOS, go to System Settings > General > Language & Region > Applications, tap + below, and choose Journey GPS Tracker and the language.
Can I use it on Mac
Search for "Journey GPS Tracker" in the Mac App Store. If you cannot find it, choose "iPhone & iPad Apps" on the right.
Apple Watch cannot locate the track after reinstalling the app
You can try the following method to reset location permissions and other privacy settings: go to System Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Location & Privacy.
The recorded track is offset from the actual route
You can go to the Settings page and turn "GPS Position Correction" on or off, then record again.
How do I continue recording on a track that has already been saved?
Version 1.20 no longer supports continuing a finished track. You can record the track again, and after finishing, drag and drop the second track onto the first track in the history tracks screen to merge them. If you want to show the previous track while recording, you can tap the menu in the top-right corner, choose "Reference", and select the previous track as the reference.
