If you have questions or suggestions while using 简忆生词本, contact us through in-app feedback or by email.
Use in-app feedback first
Open the Settings or Options page in the app, tap “Support” or “Feedback”, then enter your question or suggestion. You can also open Help or the user guide and reply at the bottom of the page.
When you open the support screen, the app may ask for notification permission. We recommend allowing notifications so you can receive reply reminders promptly.
