If you encounter any problems or have any suggestions, you can enter Settings > “Questions and Feedback” in the App and click “Questions” or “Suggestion and Feedback”. You may be prompted to turn on the notification permission. After selecting “Yes” ,you will be navigated to system notification setting, select Allow notification to receive reply notifications in time.
